Multiple models, not one
How training works
Training is handled entirely by the Newtone team. You do not need to write prompts or manage model configuration.
Data collection: we work with your team to gather brand materials, content samples, and product data
Model training: we configure and train your models across the content types and languages you need
Review and refinement: we generate sample content and review it with your team, refining iteratively until output meets your quality bar
Deployment: your models go live through the Newtone platform, your PIM, Shopify, or API. The full process takes two to five weeks
Models that improve over time
Training is not a one-off event. Your models learn from your team’s feedback over time. As your brand evolves, seasonal priorities shift, or new products launch, your models are updated. Your customer success manager oversees quality and coordinates refinements with the Newtone training team.
